United Family Homes was founded in 2005 and is owned by Shree as Ramakrishnan Srinivasan, Founder (Entrepreneur). Our office is located in Duluth, GA. 

We have built our reputation around fine craftsmanship and specialize in building residential and commercial projects. For over 19 years 

our homes have been designed and built with a focus on quality. We have served over  325 happy customers and we have delivered around $125M to $150M in residential and commercial projects. Below, we are happy to share a few highlights of our milestone projects and current projects totaling around $60M. 

• MILESTONE PROJECTS
• United Family Homes is proud that we built 10 single family homes in St. Marlo Country Club and we are a qualified builder in the country club subdivision located in Duluth, GA.  
• We have also built in Seven Norcross (31 Townhomes & 7 single family homes) in Norcross, GA. 
• We were blessed to build Shiv Mandir of Atlanta and four Priest Homes for our Saibaba Temple of Atlanta, Suwanee, GA. 

• CURRENT PROJECTS
•  Bethelview Manor (16 Single family homes) located in Cumming Georgia.  
• United Family Home is blessed to build this year 2024 Saibaba Temple Projects (Yagasala, Fellowship Hall, Meditation Hall, DHUNI and few other additions.)  
• 3 TEMPLE ROWHOMES (91 Townhomes) is another current project along United Family Homes' journey. Located right next to Hindu Temple of Atlanta,  
• Lee St (31 Units Apartments), Atlanta, GA.
• BRIXTON (Five European-style Single Family Homes)  located  in the heart of Buckhead off Lenox Rd in Atlanta, GA.
